IBM WebSphere Application Server Utilities Hung Thread Interrupter is now externally available from developerWorks WebSphere downloads.

This tool is a pure-Java plug-in for WebSphere Application Server and allows a user to interrupt a hung thread separately. Attached below is the link to the download page:
